New Delhi: Television actor Nakuul Mehta and his wife Janaki welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on February 3 earlier this year. The couple named their son Sufi. Well, as the ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’ actor’s son turns 7 months today, Nakul took to Instagram and shared a reel presenting his baby boy to the world.
In the reel shared by the ‘Ishqbaaaz’ actor, baby Sufi can be seen enjoying her time as she smiles for the camera. Her blue eyes and blonde hair are simply unacceptable. Sharing the post, Nakuul Mehta wrote, ‘Hi, I am Sufi and today I am 7 months old. Nice to finally meet you ps letting my people share this on my behalf ’cause I have cool things to do!
A few days back, his wife Janaki shared some old pictures on her social media and wrote a note which read, “Photo was taken of the time when @babysufim actually sat quietly on the bouncer. It was so easy for him to sing and tell stories. Today it is very difficult to keep him in one place. He pops out whenever I try to put him somewhere, whether it’s a sofa, a bouncer, or his high chair. “
Janki also shared in one of her Instagram posts earlier this year that her child is about to undergo surgery. She wrote down her feelings and also spoke about how she prepared her little munchkin for the surgery. She wrote, “3 weeks ago, our little ‘Sufi’ was diagnosed with a bilateral inguinal hernia and doctors advised immediate surgical intervention. Despite it being a safe surgical procedure in infants, my little one was administered general anesthesia. The thought of having surgery under it broke my heart.
After dating for 9 years, Nakul and Janki tied the knot in 2012. Nakul is a popular television actor while his wife is a singer by profession.
Nakul is currently seen in ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’ playing the role of Ram Kapoor along with Disha Parmar who plays the role of Priya Sood in the show.
