Mumbai: Man Nabbed from Gujarat for Making Threat Call to Dhirubhai Ambani School

The police officer said that a person named Vikram Singh called the school’s landline on Tuesday and claimed that he had planted a ‘time-bomb’ inside the school.

The Mumbai Police on Wednesday arrested a 35-year-old man from Gujarat for allegedly making threat calls to the Dhirubhai Ambani School in the Bandra-Kurla Complex area here. An officer gave this information.

The police officer said that a person named Vikram Singh called the landline number of the school on Tuesday and claimed that he had planted a ‘time bomb’ inside the school.

After some time, Singh made a threatening phone call to the security post at the school gate, he said. The threat turned out to be a rumour.

He was arrested from an undisclosed location in Gujarat and further investigation is underway, the official said.
