NCB seeks custody of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan till October 11

bollywood superstar Shah Rukh KhanHis sons Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were sent on one-day remand after they were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on 3 October. Aryan Khan is represented by Senior Advocate Satish Manshinde. After a rave party busted on a luxury cruise liner, he was detained on charges of drug abuse, sale and purchase. The accused were produced in a Mumbai court after medical examination. Now NCB told the court on Monday that they need to keep Aryan in custody till October 11.

“Cruise Ship Party Case: ASG Anil Singh, appearing for NCB before Mumbai Court says that accused Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have been booked under 8C, 20, 27, and 35 of NDPS Act 5 more arrested and under investigation, they produced before court. NCB seeks 9 days custody of accused,” tweeted ANI.
