MS Dhoni Loses Out On 15 Crores Due To Fraud, Files Criminal Case

Former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has reportedly fallen victim to a massive fraud involving his former business associates. Dhoni has taken legal action against Soumya Viswanathan and Mihir Diwakar, accusing them of deceiving him of approximately 15 crore rupees. This incident has caused a significant uproar within the cricket community, with social media users expressing strong reactions over the alleged fraud against Dhoni.

Dhoni, well-known as ‘Captain Cool,’ has allegedly been defrauded in a high-stakes case involving the establishment of an international cricket academy with Mihir Diwakar. As per the reports, certain terms and conditions were established for this venture, but Diwakar supposedly failed to comply with the agreed-upon terms. It’s claimed that Diwakar didn’t fulfill obligations like paying the franchise fee for Arka Sports and sharing profits, ultimately causing a reported loss of 15 crore rupees to Dhoni.

Following the breach of terms, Dhoni issued a notice to Arka Sports on August 15, 2021, revoking the granted rights. Despite sending multiple notices against his business partner, there was no positive resolution. Dayanand Singh, representing MS Dhoni through legal channels, revealed that Dhoni was allegedly defrauded by Arka Sports, resulting in a reported financial loss of 15 crore rupees for MSD.
