But the fans and followers of Bengaluru team were very disappointed and could not control their emotions on social media. After their team’s exit, Bangalore fans started lashing out at the team on social media. Some called Bangalore the most overrated team, while some thought they were chokers.
Till now, Bangalore had managed to reach the final thrice, but unfortunately, they could not lift the coveted trophy even once.

Batting first while returning to the match, Royal Challengers Bangalore suffered a major setback in the second over. Virat Kohli (7 runs in 8 balls). Rajat Patidar (58 off 42 balls) continued his fine form as he scored a half-century to help Bangalore reach a respectable total of 157 for the loss of eight wickets.
For Rajasthan, their fast bowlers Famous Krishna and Obed McCoy took three wickets each.
In reply, Rajasthan opener Jos Buttler (106 not out off 60 balls) made the target quite simple as he hit 10 fours and 6 sixes during his scintillating innings. The Sanju Samson-led side eventually lost just three wickets and reached the target with 11 balls to spare.
In the final, Rajasthan will face Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on Sunday (May 29).
