In the viral video, the intimacy of the girl and the guard is visible because the girl is not seen opposing the guard’s actions. The girl is said to be a relative of the guard.
The video which is seen being released on social media is 11 February 2000 in which the time is showing as 11.09 hrs. However, after the video surfaced, the railway administration immediately set up an inquiry and in the absence of the employee, taking a hasty decision, dismissed the accused guard. The accused guard is posted in Moradabad Railway Division and is a resident of Najibabad. According to railway records, the accused has been absent from duty since March 16, 2022.
According to the information received in the media, after 22 years in the last days of March 2022, the person who tweeted the viral video to the railway officials had also warned to complain to the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister if action was not taken against the guard.
