modi: ‘perception Of India Changed After Modi Became Pm’ | Kanpur News – Times of India

Kanpur: Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Uma Bharti said that after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, there has been a change in India’s perception in the world.
“After Narendra Modi became the country’s Prime Minister, the perception of the whole world towards India has also changed. And if India progresses like this under the able leadership of Modi ji, then India will become a super power by 2029,” said Uma Bharti while addressing a gathering in favor of BJP candidate Manisha Anuragi in Sarila in Hamirpur on Monday.
Uma Bharti said that if Lord Ram is our faith, then providing bread and jobs to the poor is also our priority.
“First the Mughal invaders attacked our places, then the British attacked our intellect and thoughts. Due to which the impression was created that development is not possible without foreign thinking. But, Prime Minister Narendra Modi changed this perception and decided to work on the basis of indigenous thinking and as a result of that foreign leaders are also talking about becoming like Narendra Modi,” she said.
She said that former Prime Minister of Congress Jawaharlal Nehru had said that I have become a Hindu by accident and now India has seen a Prime Minister who prostrates (sashtang dandavat) before Ram Lalla. In an indirect attack on Priyanka Gandhi Vadra along with the SP and BSP, Uma said, “The ‘Behanji’ of (Priyanka) of Congress has suddenly appeared at the time of elections. Beware of them.”
