MLAs in Uttarakhand, Goa, Manipur with more than 2017 criminal charges: ADR

At least 49 MLAs elected to the 40-member Goa, 60-member Manipur and 70-member Uttarakhand assembly are facing criminal charges, according to a report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR). Of these, 34 are facing serious cases.
