Mann Ki Baat: Congress General Secretary, Communications Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday took a dig at the 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio show ‘Mann Ki Baat’, saying the PM’s public relations machinery is working overtime for the 100th episode of his monthly radio address. Address.

The Congress leader accused him of being silent on important issues like Adani and China.

As the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program is set to complete its 100th edition next Sunday, the Prime Minister said it was public support that led to the success of his monthly radio address. According to a survey by the Indian Institute of Management-Rohtak, about 230 million people watch the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program on the last Sunday of every month, of which 65 percent of listeners prefer to listen to the talk in Hindi.

It was also found that the program is listened to more on television channels after mobile phones, with radio listenership accounting for 17.6 per cent of the total listenership.

In a tweet, Ramesh said, “PM’s mighty PR machine working overtime to launch 100th ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on April 30. Meanwhile, it is ‘Maun Ki Baat’ as far as Adani, China , Satyapal Malik’s revelations, question of MSME. Destruction and other important issues are concerned.”

The survey, conducted by students of IIM-Rohtak, found that 73 per cent respondents felt optimistic about the functioning of the government and the progress of the country, while 58 per cent said their living conditions had improved. At least 59 percent reported increased trust in the government.

The general sentiment towards the government can be gauged from the fact that 63 per cent respondents said their outlook towards the government has turned positive and 60 per cent have shown interest in working for nation building, it was found.
