State Chief Electoral Officer Rajesh Agarwal He said that there were only 41 counting halls where counting was going on for 41 seats and after the counting of votes for these seats is over, the process will start for the remaining 19 constituencies.
Agarwal said the results of all 60 seats would be out by 6.30 pm or 7 pm.
As per the latest trends available, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party ,BJP) was leading in 22 seats, NPP 6 more Congress 2, and were leading in another 13 seats.
