Telugu star Akkineni Nagarjuna is known for his wisdom in choosing films. The veteran actor has acted in over 100 films in various languages ​​in his career spanning three decades. The actor has given many hit films in his illustrious career. However, like all other actors, Nagarjuna has also rejected many films. RGV’s Ramayan: Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma wanted Nagarjuna to do a film titled Ramayan as the protagonist. But knowing the reputation of RGV in recent years, the veteran actor refused to star in the project.

Maunaragam: Nagarjuna had to give up a classic film early in his career. The film was written and directed by Mani Ratnam. However, Nagarjuna and Mani Ratnam collaborated in 1989 for Geetanjali, which is considered a cult hit in Telugu cinema.

Kalisundam Ra: This 2000 blockbuster film slipped from Nagarjuna’s hands as he did not find the story exciting. Badri: Puri Jagannath made his first film with Pawan Kalyan as the protagonist. But before finalizing Pawan Kalyan, Puri narrated the story to Nagarjuna.
