Malaika Arora shares one-minute yoga pose to reduce stress

We all know about the innumerable benefits of yoga. A proponent of yoga, actor Malaika Arora took to Instagram to demonstrate a 1-minute yoga pose to reduce stress.

In the video, Khan can be seen doing a one-minute easy asana that will calm the mind and body. The beauty of this asana is that it can be practiced at any time of the day and it relieves stress and anxiety.

The actor emphasized on the importance of starting the week with yoga and explained how it helps to overcome the Monday blues, “Yoga for mind and body. If you’re anything like me, I’m sure your Monday starts with thoughts about the week. You think about all the things you have to achieve and what you need to do to achieve them. It involuntarily causes stress.”
