‘Made a dirty sexual remark’: Ayesha Takia’s husband Farhan Azmi accused of racism at Goa airport

former actress Ayesha Takia And the recent visit of her entrepreneur husband Farhan Azmi turned out to be a disaster, with the latter alleging that she faced racism and ‘filthy sexual remarks’ from the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) at the Goa airport. Farhan took to social media to explain the kind of test he had to go through and accused two senior security officials of allegedly making racist remarks.

In a series of tweets, Farhan said that he will file an official complaint. Sharing pictures of the security officers, Farhan wrote, “Dear @CISFHQrs I was boarding the flight @IndiGo6E 6386 at 18:40 for Mumbai and these racist officers RP Singh, AK Yadav, Commander Raut and Sr. The officer (SP category) deliberately singled out me and my family (wife and son) soon after I read my name out loud to the brave team.”

“The fight started when an armed male officer at the security desk tried to physically touch my wife, son and ask him to stand in the second row while all the other families stood together for safety. I asked him Only said that dare to touch any woman and keep distance @CISFHQrs,” he said.

Continuing this, Farhan further expressed “It didn’t stop here! Senior Officer Bahadur then signaled with his hand to the @CISFHQrs guards who were ready to search me. This racist **##** did the investigation.” Made a filthy sexual remark during this. I had only ₹500 note in my pocket (video on record). @CPMumbaiPolice @aaigoaairport.”

“I demand a probe through CCTV footage from @aaigoaairport @CISFHQrs @goacm @CPMumbaiPolice and immediately suspend all these officers, take cognizance of the matter and specially punish such illiterate/racist and abusive officers.” I will file an official complaint and if necessary my legal team will take it to court. Shame on officers who use uniform to satisfy their racist arrogance disrespect.”

A day later, Goa Airport replied, “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and your family during the journey. Please rest assured this matter will be given due consideration.”
