Lucknow University to soon offer part-time M.Tech degree for working professionals due to high demand for AI and cyber security courses

Lucknow University (UP) will offer part-time Master’s Degree in Technology (M.Tech) in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber ​​Security courses from the new academic session 2023-24. time course.

“There is a great demand for artificial intelligence and cyber security at the postgraduate level, so we have decided to offer M.Tech in the two disciplines. Its classes will be conducted between 6 pm to 9 pm. Apart from running classes three days a week, classes will also be conducted on Sundays.

LU has also implemented new Education Policy in BCA courses offered by the Faculty of Engineering. After NEP is implemented, students will have the option of multiple entry and exit. If a student wants to leave the course after completing the first year of BCA course, he/she will be given a certificate. On leaving the course after completion of second year he/she will get Diploma and on successful completion of three years of the course the student will be awarded with BCA degree.

Students with a CGPA (calculated grade point average) of 7.5 in the third year will be admitted to the fourth year for BCA (with research) degree and on its successful completion, a BCA with a research degree will be awarded.
