Bangalore: A video is going viral on social media in which Karnataka Congress President DK Shivakumar is shown slapping a party worker who tried to put his hand on his shoulder.
According to media reports, the incident happened on Friday when Shivakumar met former minister G. Was in Mandya to check on Medegowda’s health.
