From children to elders, everyone likes potato curry. In the monsoon season, one can make potato nuggets as a quick snack and pair them with hot tea. Aloo Nuggets can also be made in a healthy way. Let’s know the easy way to make Potato Ladoo. Let’s dive right into it.

Potato Nuggets Recipe

1. To make potato nuggets, take 1.5 cups boiled potatoes. Peel them and mash them well.
2. Add cup grated paneer, 2 tbsp cornflour, cup breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp crushed red chilli and salt as per taste. Mix all these things well.
3. Cover this mixture and keep it aside. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes divide this mixture into 4 parts.
5. Next, place the dough on a flat surface, roll the potatoes with your hands. The length of the roll should be about 350 mm.
6. With the help of a knife cut these rolls equally into 15 parts.
7. For deep frying, heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry the potato nuggets till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides.
8. After frying the potato nuggets, take them out on a tissue paper and serve hot potato nuggets with tomato ketchup and tea.
