Seema Surve, Senior Inspector of Mahila Bharosa Cell of Nagpur Police says that the second husband is ready to bring the woman back, but the first husband is not ready. Surve further said that they cannot file a complaint against the case, as there has been no domestic violence. Both the husbands have been advised to register a case at Sonegaon police station. The police argue that the local police can handle the matter better.

According to the police, the 19-year-old woman had previously had a love marriage with her husband, from which she had two children. After four years of marriage, the woman fell in love with another man and went to the temple and married him two years ago. The woman had told the other person that she was unmarried.

A few days ago, the woman had left the other husband’s house on the pretext of going to her village, then did not come back. It is alleged that the woman is now living with her third husband. It is being told that the woman had friendship with this third man through social media. The police don’t have much information about that man.
