The ETimes had learned that the famous singer had also developed pneumonia. According to reports, Lata Mangeshkar’s health will remain in ICU for 10-12 days. While she is undergoing treatment for COVID-19 and pneumonia infection, the singer has not been put on oxygen support.

ETimes spoke to Lataji’s younger sister Usha Mangeshkar and she shared that the 92-year-old singer may not be getting a break anytime soon. “We cannot go to see Didi as it is a COVID case. Although there are enough doctors and nurses. The doctors have said that they will keep her for a day or two because of her age.”
