Income tax and bank team reached Malik Mian’s house at 12 noon on Saturday with a note counting machine. It is feared that a huge amount of money has also been recovered.

On the other hand, the counting of money found during the IT raids at the Mandai residence of Mohammad Yakub in Kannauj has ended. The bank workers have left with the note counting machine. According to bank employees, cash worth Rs 4-6 crore has been recovered. Along with this, gold has also been recovered from the house. Income tax team’s investigation is still going on.

Income tax raids are going on at the premises of perfume trader and MLC Pumpi Jain from SP. Documents of Pampi’s shares and properties are under investigation. The raid on Mahavir Jain’s office on Express Road in Kanpur is going on for 24 hours. The Income Tax team was busy checking the documents overnight. With this, the action of perfume trader Malik Mian in Kannauj too could not end till late night. Rooms inside rooms were found at Mian’s place. Where many documents have been confiscated by the Income Team.

In the investigation so far, the Income Tax team is able to express the possibility of discrepancies in the shares and some invoice bills on the basis of documents found from the house of Pampi Jain. Malik Mian has five brothers, two of his brothers live in Mumbai and two in Kannauj, while one brother lives in Dubai and manages the company. The biggest name in the main business of perfume is Malik Mian on the lips of the people of the city. People say that this family has made a good place in the business of personal perfume and compound. The business was started in 1886 under the names of Mohammad Ayub and Mohammad Yacoub.

Initially this firm started the business of making Shamama with the merchants of Persia. Taking forward this inherited perfume business, Malik Mian took it to the country and abroad by making Malim Shamama in his own name. After increasing the popularity of this brand in Arab countries, he also launched Mohsin Shamama in the market under the name of his brother Mohsin, which is still famous today. At present, Malik Shamama’s price is 1.5 lakh rupees per kg, while Mohsin Shamama’s price is around 80 thousand rupees per kg.
