Kyiv mayor says explosions rock city, air defense systems working

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the Ukrainian capital was rocked by several explosions early Monday.

“A missile was shot down near Kiev,” Klitschko said on the Telegram messaging channel. “Air defense is working!”
