Virat Kohli has copied India’s opener Shikhar Dhawan’s peculiar way of batting in a recent video. In the video, Virat is seen copying Shikhar Dhawan’s stance and batting style. Both Dhawan and Kohli are from Delhi and have played cricket together for a long time at domestic and international level.
Virat Kohli said in the video before copying, “I am going to copy Shikhar Dhawan because I think he is so lost in his space that it is so funny and I have seen it from the other end, so I’m going to do it.” Dhawan’s batting style.

Shikhar Dhawan has not been included in India’s T20 World Cup squad and young batsmen like Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav have been preferred. A Sportskeeda report stated that the selectors did not want someone with a conservative approach to batting, and thus Dhawan was dropped from the team.
