While the construction work of the building is going on in full swing Kapoors Khushi Kapoor has already made headlines by organizing a rooftop birthday party. Khushi turned a year older this Friday and celebrated her special day with a private party which was attended by her close friends and a handful of celebs from the industry.
Bhumi Padenkar is also included in the guest list of the party held in Jhanvi’s new house. Suniel Shetty‘Son Ahan Shetty, his girlfriend’ Tania ShroffAlia Kashyap, daughter of Anurag Kashyap, Varun Dhawanniece of Anjini and many more.

As per the previous reports, Janhvi’s new residence is estimated to be 39 crores, spread over three floors, having an area of 3456 sq ft and a spacious terrace. Located in Juhu, Mumbai, the stamping duty of the building alone cost the actress around Rs 78 lakh. The deal was reportedly finalized on December 7 last year.
