‘KGF Chapter 2’ actor Prakash Raj goes to Hyderabad for surgery: ‘Keep me in your thoughts’

New Delhi: Popular actor Prakash Raj, who is best known for playing Jaykant Shikre in Ajay Devgn’s ‘Singham’, has suffered a minor fracture. The actor is now flying to Hyderabad for his surgery.

Taking to his Twitter, Prakash Raj revealed that he has suffered a fracture and is now going to his doctor friend in Hyderabad for his surgery. Prakash Raj tweeted, “A small fall.. a small fracture.. Flying to Hyderabad in the safe hands of my friend Dr. Guruvareddy for a surgery. I’ll be fine, don’t worry.. Keep me in your thoughts”.

Prakash Raj is one of the finest actors of the Indian film industry. He is the recipient of 5 National Film Awards, 6 Nandi Awards, 8 Tamil Nadu State Film Awards and many more. Prakash did several stage and television shows before debuting in Tamil cinema with Duet in 1994. He then acted in several commercially successful films and appeared in about 200 films in his career.

Prakash Raj was last seen in the lead role in Bejoy Nambiar’s ‘Edhiri’, one of nine short films from the Netflix anthology ‘Navarsa’. He has several projects lined up for release which include ‘Major’, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’, ‘Pushpa’, ‘Annathe’, ‘Dushman’, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ and ‘Ponniyin Selvan’.
