New Delhi: Kerala police on Tuesday have arrested the main accused in the RSS worker Sanjith murder, who was hacked to death in Palakkad on November 15, 2021. According to the police, Sanjith was attacked while he was traveling along with his wife.
A total of 10 persons have been arrested so far in connection with Sanjith’s murder case.

A day after the RSS worker’s murder, on November 16, 2021, Kerala BJP President, K Surendran met the Governor and requested him to advise CM Pinarayi Vijayan to hand over the case to NIA. Surendran claimed that the Kerala police and government officials have supported the culprits, reported ANI. He asserted that the police have identified the accused a day after the alleged murder but they haven’t taken any action.
