Badhaai Do, the trailer of Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar’s comedy sequel Badhaai Ho is out now. The makers of the film have brought the powerhouse actors together on the big screen for the first time and their chemistry already looks amazing in the trailer.
A day after the makers of Badhaai Do released the first look and motion poster of their lead pair Rajkumar and Bhumi, a lot of intrigue has been created. With the trailer dropping today, we get a good glimpse of the chaotic comedy that unfolds in his life.
Badhaai Two promises the same comical ride of finding humor in unexpected places as Badhaai Ho. While Badhaai Ho tells us what funny situations a middle-aged couple’s love can lead to, Badhaai Do is addressing yet another unusual relationship and telling its story through the comedy of error situations. Of course, where there is marriage and comedy, there is a child.
The trailer revolves around a matrimonial setting between Rajkumar and Bhumi, only to learn that many secrets unfold between them. Engaging in a marriage of convenience and living as roommates leads to comical situations between the pair.
Not only is it based on comedy and emotions, but this family drama also deals with a socially relevant topic, which we got to see in the trailer. While not much has been revealed, the theme of the film sheds light on the concept of “lavender marriage”.

Directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni, the film is one of the most eagerly awaited family entertainers to hit the theaters this year. Apart from Rajkumar and Bhumi, the family entertainer also features an ensemble cast of talented actors like Seema Pahwa, Sheeba Chaddha, Chum Darang, Lovleen Mishra, Nitish Pandey and Shashi Bhushan playing pivotal roles and taking the narrative forward. Huh.
As the music label of Zee Music, the film also boasts of some foot-tapping chartbusters which can be seen in the trailer with the songs that have been composed by Amit Trivedi, Tanishk Bagchi, Ankit Tiwari and Khamosh Shah. The lyrics of the song are given by Varun Grover, Vayu, Anurag Bhumiya, Azeem Shirazi and Anvita Dutt.

Badhaai Do will release in cinemas on February 11 and will be theatrically distributed worldwide by Zee Studios.
