Kerala SSLC Exam 2023: Students will get 15 minutes to read the question paper before the commencement of the exam and can start writing the exam from 9.45 am

The Kerala Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) plus two exams begin today, while the Class 10 exams begin on March 9. The SSLC exam of the students will be held from March 9 to March 29. While plus two exam will start from today with sociology, anthropology, electronic service. Technology (Old), and Electronic Systems papers, will end on March 30. The evaluation will take place from April 3 to April 26 and the results will be declared in the second week of May. Candidates must obtain minimum 35 percent marks to qualify the exam.

SSLC Kerala Class 10 admit card has been released at keralapareekshabhavan.in and sslcexam.kerala.gov.in. Students can download hall ticket from official websites by logging in with their application number. As per the guidelines issued by the Kerala Board, without Kerala SSLC Hall Ticket 2023 and School ID will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Kerala SSLC Board Exam 2023 Guidelines

Kerala Class 10 exam will start at 9:30 am and end at 11:15 am or 12:15 pm (subject wise). There will be no examination in the afternoon shift. Students are advised to reach the examination centers 60 minutes before the commencement of the examination. As per the rules of the board, students have to enter the hall before 9.20 am. However, those who reach before 10.01 am will be allowed to take the exam.

Before the commencement of the exam, students will get 15 minutes to read the question paper and they can start writing the exam from 9.45 am onwards. Students are not allowed to carry any electronic device like mobile phone, calculator etc. inside the examination hall. Any unfair means during the examination will result in the student being banned from appearing in the examination.

A total of 4,19,554 students have registered for the board exams this year. The first SSLC exam is being conducted for the first language paper. Students appearing for Part 1: Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Urdu, Gujarati, Additional English, Additional Hindi, Sanskrit (Academic), Sanskrit Oriental, Arabic (Academic), and Arabic Oriental paper. The state government had earlier announced that there are around 9,762 teachers for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination, who will evaluate the answer sheets in 70 camps.
