New Delhi: The District Collector of Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka has declared holiday for schools and colleges in view of heavy rains in the region. The district authority has declared holiday for all schools and colleges in Mangaluru, Mulki, Ullal, Moodbidri and Bantwal areas of the district.
