The murder of 5-year-old Jash in Kalampura village of Karnal in Haryana has shook the entire state. At the same time, Ramphal, the father of innocent Jash, who is now living in America, will not be able to return to his homeland. Ramphal, who went to America in December 4 months ago, is bound by the rules. Ramphal entered America as a refugee. They are not allowed to return to India directly from the US. Even if Ramphal comes through other countries, then it will not be possible for them to go to America again.
In America, Ramphal is mourning the death of his son. At the same time, some Indians from Indri area living in America have reached him and are handling him with consolation. Kalampura resident Aman and other relatives told that Ramphal has been in contact with the family since April 5. Many times he expressed his desire to come back in front of his family members, but his return is not possible. Home, family, society are all supporting Ramphal that every person here is with him. There is not going to be any help from coming. Other comrades have been sent to Ramphal. So that he is taken care of, his health is seen and he does not take any kind of step.

Jaish was missing on April 5
On the afternoon of 5 April, Jash suddenly went missing after taking money from his mother to buy food items. After the disappearance of the child, one of the first suspects was raised on Baba. The bag of this Baba who was roaming in the village was very big. Seeing the swell of the bag in the CCTV footage and Baba’s fast movement, everyone got suspicious of him. Indri police took Baba into custody the same evening and took him to the police station and interrogated him. On the other hand, the family blocked the National Highway in Karnal after Baba did not get a clue of Jash.
The dead body was found on the neighbors’ terrace the next day.
Seeing the seriousness of the case related to the disappearance of a 5-year-old child, the top police officers became active. DSP Vijay Deshwal persuaded the people who were blocking the road and persuaded the villagers to help the police. In the night itself, the police started a campaign to search every house by blockade Kalampura village. After several hours of search operation, when 8-10 houses were saved, the police decided that they would be searched the next morning.
The next day i.e. on 6th April, at 5.30 am, when Kaushalya, a resident of the village, was feeding her cattle, she heard the sound of something falling on the roof of her cattle shed. Jash’s uncle Rajesh’s house is adjacent to Kaushalya’s house. When he asked Rajesh’s mother and wife about this, both of them told that there is a curse on the roof. The whole village gathered on the spot. ASP Himadri Kaushik reached the spot along with forensic and other teams. Jash’s body was handed over to the family after post-mortem.
On the other hand, Jash’s uncle told the police that he had an argument with his uncle’s son Rajesh three months ago over the farm land. They suspect that Rajesh’s family has killed Jash in the same enmity. After this the police took Rajesh and three members of his family into custody.
