Bollywood Filmmaker Karan Johar got the spot here Shah Rukh KhanA seaside bungalow in Bandra, Mannat, in Bandra on Friday evening, minutes after a magistrate’s court granted bail to the latter’s son Aryan Khan in the Mumbai drug bust case. Aryan will spend the weekend in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail.
Karan has been a close friend of Shah Rukh and his wife Gauri Khan for many years. It was recently reported that after getting the news of Aryan’s arrest, he immediately went back to Mumbai. Karan was apparently on a stampede abroad.
Earlier, Salman Khan and his sister, Alvira Khan Agnihotri visited Shah Rukh’s Mumbai home to show their support. Paparazzi stationed outside Shah Rukh’s bungalow photographed Salman and Alvira entering Mannat in their cars. Alvira reached Shah Rukh’s house a few hours after Salman met Shah Rukh and his family. Salman went to meet Shahrukh on Sunday night. The actor, who was close to Mannat, was among the first Bollywood stars to meet Shah Rukh after Aryan’s arrest.
Several film personalities including Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt, Suniel Shetty, Pooja Bhatt and Suchitra Krishnamurthy have also rallied in support of Shah Rukh in the drugs case. Actress Pooja Bhatt tweeted, “I stand by you @iamsrk. Not that you need to. But I do. This too shall pass.”
Roshan, who has been a good friend of Shah Rukh, posted a letter addressed to Aryan on Instagram. “My dear Aryan, life is a bumpy ride. It’s great because it’s uncertain. It’s great because it throws you curveballs, but God be merciful. He only gives the toughest balls to the toughest guys to play.” You know you are chosen when you can feel the pressure to handle yourself amidst the chaos. And I know you must feel it now,” wrote Roshan.
The 47-year-old actor said that Aryan should control all his emotions – anger, confusion, helplessness and just let himself be.
