Kanpur : Special Judge poxo Act Court, Kanpur Nagarhandjob Rajveer Singh The bail plea of Nitish Rajput, accused of physical abuse and blackmail of a minor girl, was rejected on Wednesday.
The accused in his bail application claimed that he was innocent and was implicated in the case as he had refused to marry the girl. They also claimed that the girl was an adult and her date of birth was wrongly mentioned in her high school form. Moreover, the medical report also did not confirm that he was given any sedatives.
He requested for his release on bail as he was in jail since February 17 and had no criminal history.
According to Special Prosecutor Onkar Nath Verma, the accused had first met the girl at a wedding function, where he somehow obtained her mobile number and her address. Later he invited the girl to his house on the pretext that her mother wanted to meet him.
Then he gave her a sedative in a cold drink and after consuming it when she lost consciousness, he physically abused her and made a video clip of the act. On the basis of the clip, he used to rape her repeatedly. ADGC Presented.

In his order, the judge said, “Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and without making any comment on the merits of the case, the court has come to the conclusion that there are no sufficient grounds for granting bail, hence his bail application is dismissed.” Its being done.”
