According to university officials, JKLU’s signing of MoU with IITs for semester exchange is an effort in the spirit of NEP 2020. 25 to 30 percent of JKLU students have previously studied in IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad and foreign universities. Under the latest MoU, JKLU students can study at IIT Jammu with immediate effect and a definite process has been put in place for the same. This will provide our students with another level of experience as we fulfill our promise of providing them with the best possible education. Such initiatives help the students to stand out during placements. Students are often encouraged to develop independent opinions, make informed decisions and strive to achieve new goals, said Prof. Dheeraj Sanghi, Vice Chancellor, JK Lakshmipat University .
