Titled Jawan, Shah Rukh and Atlee’s much awaited film was announced today on June 3 and at first glance the actor is seen in a bloody and scary avatar, all ready for some action. Red chilly Entertainment took to its official handle to announce the film and its release date- June 2, 2023. It will release in five languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
The film promises to be a spectacular event film featuring high octane action sequences and the brilliance of entire Indian cinema. Putting to rest all the speculations, the film was announced today with a teaser video unit, which shows Shah Rukh, injured and wrapped in bandages, amidst a rugged backdrop. The first look of the film sets the tone for the time to come, a larger-than-life action entertainer.
Jawan is also Shah Rukh Khan’s first all-India film.

Talking about the film, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Jawan is a universal story that transcends languages, geographies and is for the enjoyment of all. The teaser is just the tip of the iceberg and gives a glimpse of what is to come.”
