In Gurgaon, a complaint was filed by the Food and Drug Administration in June after the District Attorney’s opinion was filed with the police, but no FIR was registered.
Chemists Association of Gurgaon president Sharad Mehrotra moved a local court last week and Additional Sessions Judge Ashwini Kumar directed the registration of an FIR on Friday.
