Jammu and Kashmir: Two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists were apprehended by villagers in Reasi area of ​​Jammu division, Jammu and Kashmir Police said on Sunday. According to reports, the locals caught the terrorists with heavy arms and ammunition. Meanwhile, DGP Jammu and Kashmir Dilbag Singh announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh for the villagers and lauded their courage.

In another tweet, the police revealed the identity of the arrested terrorists. They were identified as Faizal Ahmed Dar son of Pulwama resident Bashir Ahmed Dar and a classified terrorist and Talib Hussain son Haider Shah resident of Rajouri.

Meanwhile, LG J&K Manoj Sinha also lauded the bravery of the villagers and announced awards for them.

At least 2AK rifles, 7 grenades and a pistol were recovered from the arrested terrorists.
