Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani The starrer Jugjug Jio was released on 24 July and received mixed reviews from both the audience and critics. The film also registered a good opening at the box office and earned Rs 9.28 crore on the first day. The film remained steady at the box office on its fifth day as well and collected Rs 4.52 crore. Earlier on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, it had earned Rs 12.55 crore, Rs 15.10 crore and Rs 4.82 crore respectively. With this, the total collection of the film has now gone up to Rs 46.27 crore.

Meanwhile, as per the E-Times report, JugZag Jio saw a drop in NCR cities on its first Tuesday. However, the film will now have to achieve big for a collection total for a respectable week.
Varun Dhawan and Kiara Adani are being seen together on screen for the first time in Jagjag Jio. The film also marks the return of Neetu Kapoor to the theaters after almost seven years. It also stars Anil Kapoor, Maniesh Paul and Prajakta Koli. The film revolves around a couple seeking divorce, until they find out that their father wants to divorce their mother as well.
News18’s review of Shosha’s film reads, “The film has problems. Some jokes seem like old WhatsApp forwards, even if they bring laughter. But one would like to ignore it as JagJag Jio provides wholesome entertainment. JugJug Jio will make you laugh, cry and connect with the characters on an emotional roller coaster. The film is thoroughly entertaining, and is worth the money, and you must watch it. ,
