It’s a wrap for Hoom Musa in Suresh Gopi-starrer

Actor Suresh Gopi is busy with his upcoming films these days. The actor has a perfect lineup of highly ambitious projects. Jeebu Jacob’s Mei Hoom Moosa is one of the much awaited upcoming films of Suresh Gopi, and the team recently announced the wrap.

The film is based on real life events and is Suresh Gopi’s 253rd film. Makers are planning to release it on 30 September this year. The film, directed by Jibu Jacob, was shot in several Indian states including the Wagah border in Punjab. Suresh Gopi will play a Muslim character in the film Musa.

The film is made on a big budget, and the story takes place between 1998 and 2018. The film deals with a socially relevant subject while incorporating some comic elements. Poonam Bajwa will be seen as the female lead in Mei Hum Moosa.

Mee Hoom Moosa is directed by Jibu Jacob of Vellimonga and written by Rubesh Rain and shot by Vishnu Narayanan. Srinath Sivasankaran is in charge of the film’s music, while Sooraj ES is the editor. Lyrics of the songs of the film will be given by Sajjad, Rafiq Ahmed and Harinarayanan.

The film will also feature a talented cast like Johnny Antony, Saiju Kurup, Harish Kanran, Major Ravi, Kannan Sagar, Shashankan Mayanadu, Midhun Ramesh, Ashwini, Saran, Jijina and Shreenda among many others.

Recently Suresh Gopi was in the news after donating over Rs 2 lakh to Mimicry Artists Association after signing his next film. Suresh’s next film is tentatively titled SG255. As soon as Suresh got the advance amount for the film, he donated Rs 2 lakh to the association. Suresh Gopi shared this information on Twitter. The actor-turned-politician had announced last year that he would donate Rs 2 lakh to the association for each of his films.
