in front of IPL The 2022 final, Rajasthan Royals batsman Jos Buttler was seen getting emotional remembering legendary cricketer and former Rajasthan captain Shane Warne. Notably, Warne led the Rajasthan team in the inaugural edition of the IPL in 2008. Also, under the leadership of the former Australian spinner, Rajasthan won their solitary IPL title.
Unfortunately, Warne passed away earlier this year while on holiday in Thailand in March. The Rajasthan Royals franchise had earlier paid tribute to their former captain Warne. Rajasthan team manager Romi Bhinder shared a heartwarming anecdote while talking about Warne. In a tribute video posted by the franchise, Bhinder recalled how Butler high-fives a picture of Warne.
“We have put up a picture of him where his hand is outstretched. A few days ago, I saw Jose giving high-fives and saying ‘Legend’, Bhinder said in a tribute video posted by Rajasthan Royals ahead of the IPL match against Mumbai Indians.
Within no time the picture went viral.

Rajasthan managed to reach the final of the 15th season of the IPL but lost to Gujarat Titans by seven wickets. Batting first, the Sanju Samson-led side managed to post a total of 130/9 in 20 overs. Buttler scored 39 runs in 35 balls and emerged as the highest scorer for his side.
In reply, the team led by Hardik Pandya reached the target with 11 balls to spare.
