Alaya F is just a movie old but has already garnered a huge fan following online. She knows how to steal the limelight with her social media presence. Recently, he hosted an interactive Q&A session for his fans on Instagram. Needless to say, she answered all the questions candidly, revealing major details about her skincare routine, love for artworks, travel plans and more.

One of his ardent fans asked Alaya F about travelling, and to this, the actor replied that she is currently busy with work commitments. She replied, “Except for work commitments, I’m not really traveling right now. Maybe by the end of the year, if I feel like I’ve had a great year, I’ll go somewhere nice – a Like the beach and relax.”

For those unaware, Alaya F suffers from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal disorder, common among women of reproductive age. During the session, he shared some tips on how to tackle the problem. She said, “You need to create a diet and fitness plan that is sustainable for you and works for your body. Balance is key.”

Apart from this, Alaya F is also a fitness and sports enthusiast. Responding to a question, Alaya F highlighted the importance of leading a healthy life and revealed that she “played football in her early school days and hockey during her later school days. For some time now, I have been playing tennis. I really enjoy the sport and the competitive stuff.”

In her latest Instagram post, Alaya revealed the secret to flawless skin. She said, “When the weather is hot, humid and sticky – it’s a way to cool down your face quickly! Ingredients: Grated cucumber, grate pudina (mint) leaves and mix into a paste, honey and yogurt. Mix together and if desired add gram flour to thicken it! Apply it on your face for 10-15 minutes and wash off!”
