IndiGo Takes Delivery Of First Aircraft With More Comfortable Recaro Seats

IndiGo is on its way to upgrade its aircraft fleet to make it more comfortable for the passengers. Indigo has made it clear that it intends to install Recaro seats on its Airbus planes by 2022. Moving to 2023, it is the first of the aircraft to be delivered with the upgraded seats.

Recaro, a German company, manufactures the new seats used in the aircraft. Notably, the BL3710 seats used in the aircraft were launched in 2019.
