It said that a Special Envoy of the ASEAN President with the assistance of the Secretary-General of ASEAN would facilitate the mediation of the dialogue process; ASEAN will provide humanitarian assistance through the AHA Center (ASEAN Coordinating Center for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management); And the Special Envoy and Delegation will visit Myanmar to meet all the concerned parties.
