ICSI CS December 2021 Foundation exam will be conducted on 3rd and 4th January next year in online mode.

NS Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) The Company Secretary (CS) Foundation Exam 2021 for the December period will be conducted on 3rd and 4th January, 2022. Candidates can check the exam dates on the official site of ICSI at icsi.edu.
The Business Environment and Law (Paper I) and Business Management, Ethics and Entrepreneurship (Paper II) examinations will be held on Monday, January 3. Whereas Business Economics (Paper III) and Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing (Paper IV) examinations will be conducted. Will be held on Tuesday 4th January.
The institute will conduct the exam in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The examination for both the days will be conducted in four shifts – first shift from 9.30 am to 11 am, second shift from 12 noon to 1.30 pm, third shift from 2.30 pm to 4 pm and fourth shift from 5.30 pm to 1.30 pm. From evening till 6.30 pm.
During this, ICSI will release the result of CS exam for the period of June 2021 For Professional and Executive programs on 13 October. The results for both old and new syllabus will be released on icsi.edu. Where professional program result will be available from 11 am, executive result will be available at 2 pm and foundation courses result will be available from 4 pm.
The formal e-result-cum-marks statement will be uploaded on the official portal of ICSI but no physical copy of the result will be issued for executive or professional courses. For basic courses, a physical copy of the result will be sent to the candidates at their registered address immediately after the declaration of result.
