Home Minister Amit Shah paid tribute to the martyrs

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is on a visit to Jammu and Kashmir, on Tuesday paid tributes to the 40 soldiers martyred in the 2019 Pulwama terror attack. Along with him, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha also paid tribute at the memorial. The Home Minister, who arrived here on a three-day tour, spent Monday night in the CRPF camp. “He has come here to talk directly to the youth of Kashmir,” he said yesterday.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said on the occasion of Police Martyrdom Day at the Police Training Center located in Jewan on the outskirts of Srinagar, “A call is being made to protect the minorities from many mosques, which is a commendable step.” Technology will be used more and more in dealing with those who create an atmosphere of fear in the state. Amit Shah reached the martyr’s house first

On reaching Kashmir, Home Minister Amit Shah first reached the house of policeman Parvez Dar, who was martyred in the terrorist attack in the past and met the family members. Condoling the family members of the martyr, Amit Shah said that the whole country is with you and you should never consider yourself alone. The nation will always remember the supreme sacrifice of Dar and J&K Police. He also promised Dar’s wife a government job and all possible help. This is his first visit to the union territory after the abrogation of Article 370 from the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir and the killing of 11 civilians in Kashmir this month. After this his visit is very important.

Home Minister chairs high level review meeting

After this, Home Minister Amit Shah also chaired a high-level review meeting to discuss the serious issues of security in Jammu and Kashmir.
