Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon starrer ‘Bachchan Pandey’ has a new release date as it hits the theaters on the occasion of Holi on March 18 this year.
The film, which is the first major festival release of 2022, is directed by writer-director Farhad Samji, who has films like ‘Housefull 3’, ‘Housefull 4’, ‘Singham’ (screenwriter) in his hands.

Kriti Sanon also shared the post on her Instagram and wrote, “It’s going to be a super entertaining colorful Holi this year!! #SajidNadiadwala’s #BachchanPandey to hit theaters on March 18, 2022 Action, Drama, Comedy, Romance… A complete Dhamaal package!
The posters have a serious feel with earthy colors and frames dominating, they show Akshay’s character as a desi gangster. While in one of the posters Akshay is seated on a gun with a group of people pointing a truck at the sky, in another the superstar can be seen in a rugged avatar with chains around his neck and full of guns and weapons. There is a bag.
Apart from this, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi and Pankaj Tripathi and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Varda Khan Nadiadwala.
