This Father’s Day, give your dad the best gift ever – a treat drawn from the heart.

Chocolate Hot Pot

Component

– 100 ml chocolate flavored syrup

– 4 tbsp Cocoa Natural Unsweetened

– 110 g butter

– 2 eggs

– 140 grams castor sugar

– 2 tbsp flour

– 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

– tablespoon flour (maida)

– 1 mixing bowl

– 2 ramekins

– 1 tsp

– 1 mustache

– 1 spatula

– oven

– 1 deep dish baking pan

Method

First grease the ramekins with butter and flour. Keep them aside.

Take a mixing bowl, add butter, castor sugar and beat it well.

Add eggs, vanilla essence to the mixture and bring it to the consistency of batter.

Add chocolate flavored syrup, natural unsweetened and refined flour to the batter.

– Mix the batter gently with a ladle and add more chocolate flavored syrup to increase the consistency.

Pour half the batter into the ramekin as the dough will rise in the baking process.

Place the ramekins in a baking tray and bake them at 160 degrees for 7 minutes, until the tops are firm and cracked. Also, make sure the bottom layer of chocolate is hot and sticky.
