Neena Gupta is busy promoting her recently launched autobiography Sach Kahun Toh. She had recently visited renowned lyricist Gulzar personally at his residence in Mumbai to give him a copy of her book. He shared a video of him meeting the 86-year-old ace writer on his Instagram. The recording is captured by the paparazzi outside Gulzar’s house and shows a very happy Neena who gifts her book with a childlike spirit. The author wore his main white colored kurta and pajama set. Neena was wearing a floral printed shirt and shorts.
The actress maintained a safe distance while meeting him at the door to stay in line with the necessary COVID-19 precautions. She was standing at the entrance of the house at some distance from him. The actress told the photographers that she was going to them to give her book and was hoping that he would read it. He even asked Gulzar from afar if he would. Gulzar calls Neena to pose in front of the camera with the book. Neena then asks Gulzar to tell him how she felt after reading the book. She also asked him if he was fine, to which he said that he was fine. After this Neena left her house and said goodbye to the cameraperson. Sharing the video, he wrote, “So happy and nervous how would she feel.”
Anil Kapoor and Satyadeep Mishra among others sent lots of love on Neena’s post and her book.
In her autobiography, Neena has written about all the major ups and downs of her personal and professional life. She talked about making her acting debut and falling in love with West Indies cricketer Sir Vivian Richards. She talked about the hardships of being an unmarried single mother, being out of work for a long time and the second innings of her acting journey after the film. Badhaai Ho.
