Gujarat Home Minister’s opinion on rape incidents: Sanghvi said – Most of the rapes are due to mobile porn clips, accused – neighbors or relatives

Gujarat Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi has blamed the obscene clips available on mobile for the increasing incidents of rape. In a program organized in Surat’s Sarsana, he said that such incidents are a blot on the society. Recently a survey was conducted, which revealed how mobile phones and known people are responsible for rape. Another major reason for rape is that most of the accused are identified people i.e. neighbors and family members.

can’t always blame the police

Said – It is wrong to blame the police every time for the incidents of rape.

Sanghvi said- ‘We always blame the police for the incidents of rape, whereas we cannot blame the police only. How this kind of mentality is created in the society should be studied and not just incidents like rape and the blame should be left on the police department.
