The price of gold in India remained stable on Friday as well. The yellow metal has been under pressure since this week. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), October gold futures were trading flat at Rs 46,060, down 0.03 per cent on September 17 at 0915. There was a tremendous rise in the price of silver on Friday. The futures of the precious metal rose 0.25 per cent to Rs 61,231.
