The Great Indian Kapil Show has made history by becoming the first Indian series to consistently hold a position in the Global Top 10 TV Non-English category for four consecutive weeks on Netflix. The comedy show has garnered a dedicated fanbase across the globe. To celebrate the success, the cast of The Great Indian Kapil Show gathered with the Netflix team. ‘King of Comedy’ Kapil Sharma shared several pictures on his Instagram. In the caption, he wrote, “Netflix + trending globally = party.”
The comedian was seen posing with Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover, Rajiv Thakur and others in front of a giant Netflix logo. Netflix’s Chief Content Officer, Bela Bajaria and Monika Shergill, Vice President of Content were also seen posing with the team.
