Gorakhpur: Gorakhpur Municipal Corporation (GMCThe booklet, which was inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on December 29, will be sent to all the major municipalities of the country. The booklet is a compilation of the historical heritage and new development works of Gorakhpur.
Mayor Sitaram Jaiswal is preparing to send it to the big cities of the country after the approval of the CM. The booklet not only describes the development works of the last five years but also about the heritage of areas like Gorakhnath Temple, Gita Press, Gita Vatika, Swarna-Silver Tazia and Imambara.
The booklet describes the changes that took place during the BJP rule under the leadership of CM Yogi, including fertilizer plants, AIIMS, BRD Medical College super specialty block, regional medical research centre, hi-tech auditorium, Ramgarhtal lake beautification, water sports complex and zoo.
