Four arrested with MD worth Rs 11.7 lakh Rajkot News – Times of India

Palanpur: Four persons were arrested for drug smuggling after the party’s popular drug 117.57 grams of mephedrone was seized from them in Titoda village near Deesa on Monday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Deesa Kaushal Ojha said that the value of the seized narcotics is around Rs 11.75 lakh. The four were coming from Rajasthan in a car when Inspector MJ Chaudhary’s police team asked them to stop near Kansari for checking. But, they did not stop and ran away.
The police chased them till Titoda village, where they were stopped and apprehended after a tire punctured.
When the car stopped Chaudhary and the team examined him thoroughly, the police recovered the drug. The names of those arrested are Bhanwarlal Jat, Ratanlal Nai. Hanuman Jat and Hanuman Retinal, all from Rajasthan.
